Business Systems Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting and enhancing Long Term Care and Supplemental Health business operations, the full-time remote Business Systems Consultant I will collaborate with product teams, sales partners, and technology teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and improve workflows and processes
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Support system enhancements, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities while leading communication and training efforts

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of case management or new business operations experience
• Strong knowledge of supplemental health products, including long term care and operational processes
• Understanding of new business processing timelines, risks, and operational impacts
• Established relationships with health product teams and sales partners
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection within the United States or Puerto Rico
