Business Systems Consultant

Job Summary

Driving stakeholder alignment, the full-time remote Business Systems Consultant will provide consultative technical expertise on middleware and integration solutions while supporting cross-functional teams and developing governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and drive traction on enterprise initiatives by fostering alignment across business, technology, and architecture teams
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to identify business capability needs and support the rollout of middleware solutions
• Create documentation including process flows and business requirements, ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience in Information Technology or a High School Diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in Information Technology
• Demonstrated technical acumen with prior hands-on experience as a developer or Senior Analyst
• Strong understanding of middleware technologies and associated integration patterns
• Proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement in complex, matrixed organizations
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
