Business Systems Consultant

Job Summary

Leveraging data and operational insights, the full-time Business Systems Consultant will monitor vendor effectiveness, support financial planning, and guide strategic decision-making while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of business objectives
• Gather, analyze, and document business needs related to vendor-supported systems and processes, supporting initiatives for operational effectiveness
• Lead cross-functional efforts for system enhancements and process improvements, collaborating with various teams to meet business needs

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of vendor management practices and experience with service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor performance management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend practical solutions
• Experience in building relationships and influencing outcomes across teams and vendor partners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex information into actionable recommendations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
