Business Systems Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting key enterprise applications, the fully remote Business Systems Consultant will focus on the implementation and optimization of ADP Workforce Now and Concur, managing application configurations, integrations, and process improvements while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing administration of ADP Workforce Now and Concur initiatives
- Manage application configuration, user access, reporting, and maintain audit and change-control documentation
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate system capabilities, and recommend effective solutions
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including system administration and payroll processes
- Experience with Concur administration and prior involvement in Concur implementations
- Knowledge of SOX 404(b) controls and system documentation
- Strong business systems and solution consulting skills, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience with enterprise integrations and exposure to finance applications such as Vena, FloQast, or NetSuite is a plus
