Job Summary
Partnering with Product Managers and business stakeholders, the full-time remote Business Systems Consultant will analyze business requirements, support health insurance product implementations, and drive process improvements within a product definition platform.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and translate health insurance product requirements into system configurations using JSON, XML, and APIs
- Facilitate requirements reviews, testing, and issue resolution to ensure successful business outcomes
- Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Required qualifications
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for system or operational solutions
- Strong analytical skills with a background in business system implementations and configuration activities
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, APIs, and system integrations
