Business Systems Consultant

Job Summary

Transforming operational data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Business Systems Consultant will develop reports, support vendor governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business results through effective analysis and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business objectives
• Gather, analyze, and document business needs related to vendor-supported systems and processes, supporting initiatives to improve operational effectiveness
• Create reports and presentations to communicate business performance, trends, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend practical solutions
• Experience creating presentations for leadership and stakeholder communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
