Business Systems Consultant II

Job Summary

Supporting ongoing HR systems transformation, the remote contract Business Systems Consultant II will focus on systems support and process improvement efforts, including process design, incident management, and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide execution support for process design, documentation, and operational handoff
• Manage incident, request, and enhancement activities while identifying process gaps
• Support governance, documentation standards, and performance metric preparation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline or 3 years of related work experience
• 2+ years of experience with the Workday ecosystem or functional understanding of its modules
• Experience in systems support and process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with governance and documentation practices
• Ability to support operational consistency and maturity in a business setting
