Job Summary

Supporting ongoing HR systems transformation, the remote contract Business Systems Consultant II will focus on systems support, process design, and operational readiness while identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide execution support for establishing and stabilizing the core sustainment model, including process design and documentation
• Manage incident, request, and enhancement support, along with release and annual cycle readiness activities
• Support governance, documentation standards, and performance metric preparation for sustainment maturity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline with 2 years of systems experience, or 3 years of related work experience in a professional business or technical role in lieu of a degree
