Business Systems Consultant III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Consultant III to support the implementation of Workday Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and define requirements for Workday Compensation processes, including Advanced Compensation and pay differential programs
• Support the configuration of Compensation processes and coordinate testing efforts, including SIT and UAT
• Document process changes, collaborate with change management teams, and assist with the implementation of Workday Compensation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline with at least 3 years of systems experience, including 2 years in Workday Compensation
• In lieu of a degree, 5 years of system implementation experience with a minimum of 2 years in Workday Compensation
• Experience with Workday Compensation configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of Compensation interdependencies with other Workday modules
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
