Business Systems Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Developer to serve as the internal D365 Finance & Operations Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority for Microsoft D365, overseeing system design, integrations, and architectural decisions
• Perform hands-on development for complex D365FO changes and review customizations and integrations
• Lead internal escalation for D365 production issues and coordinate troubleshooting efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience) and 7+ years of ERP experience
• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience in a real enterprise environment
• Strong technical foundation as a developer with knowledge of SDLC, release management, and change governance
• Experience reviewing and evaluating development work done by others
• Comfort serving as the technical owner during high impact incidents
