Business Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing IT team, the full-time Business Systems Engineer will own, optimize, and integrate a diverse portfolio of business applications, including Salesforce and others, while collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement applications and Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals
• Manage the development processes, including version control, code deployments, and documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance business systems efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Business Systems Analyst/Engineer
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including configuration and custom development
• Experience with system integrations and API management
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
• Willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies and business processes
