Business Systems Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Business Systems Engineer on the GTM Engineering team, the candidate will design, build, and operate AI-powered automation and integration systems that enhance ClickUp's Go-To-Market business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered automations and workflows across the GTM tech stack to streamline operations
• Develop and maintain integrations across key platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring clean architecture and low technical debt
• Monitor the performance of automations and integrations, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing durable fixes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a business systems engineering or integration engineering role
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one ERP platform, preferably NetSuite
• Experience deploying AI or LLM-powered automations in production environments
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and automation tools, as well as scripting in Python or JavaScript
• Strong understanding of business systems data models and integration patterns
