Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Business Systems Engineer, the ideal candidate will optimize business processes, configure and integrate systems, and manage projects and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify pain points, and design scalable technical solutions
• Configure and maintain business systems, building integrations and automations to streamline processes
• Document configurations and provide training to end-users, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and system functionality

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in business systems, operations, or technical consulting
• Hands-on experience with configuring and optimizing SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and integration platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather ambiguous requirements and drive practical solutions
• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions as a technical partner
