Key Responsibilities

• Achieve expertise in functional processes and systems applications, and support site SMEs training
• Lead functional process and systems improvement projects to reduce operating costs and enhance customer satisfaction
• Evaluate current processes and tools, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of ERP software packages and SCM tools
• Experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Ability to perform benchmarking and develop effective training programs
• Understanding of business systems implementation strategic direction
• Experience in interfacing with operational and IT groups to provide business solutions
