Business Systems Legal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Systems in the Legal department who will be responsible for driving technology solutions, implementing core technologies, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support core technologies, build processes, and leverage data to solve scaling pain points
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and develop solutions
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and renewals, and enable data-driven insights

Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Experience in people management, including recruiting, hiring, and professional development
• Ability to influence decision-making and work cross-functionally to implement enterprise software solutions
• Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and document operations
• Ability to identify complex processes and develop simple and scalable alternatives
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in SQL and data analysis
