Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Systems to oversee and optimize their Salesforce ecosystem and other business-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the roadmap for go-to-market systems, prioritizing initiatives that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with teams to assess and revamp marketing and sales systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Manage Salesforce administration, configuration, and development, including user roles and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program/Product/Technical Manager or similar role in go-to-market systems
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and support workflows and their intersection with business systems
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI tools and trends, particularly in SaaS and Salesforce ecosystems
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus
