Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy and management of the business systems tech stack focusing on user experience and efficiency
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Systems analysts in the CX and HRIS space
• Lead full-scale implementations of new technologies, including requirements design, functionality building, testing, and user training

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems or System Architecture roles with a focus on system strategy and management
• 3-5 years of team leadership experience, managing business analysts or technical staff
• Deep technical expertise with common enterprise systems, preferably as a Zendesk Administrator
• Proven history of continuous learning and staying ahead of technology trends
• Experience managing HRIS systems and integrations is a plus
