Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Manager to lead its business systems function within the Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Salesforce Systems Administrator while managing the tech stack administration
• Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to prioritize initiatives that enhance revenue and efficiency
• Create and maintain dashboards, workflows, and automations to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, business systems, sales operations, or business analysis
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with experience in APEX and CPQ preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence and prioritize based on business goals
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-change environment with a focus on adaptability
• Strategic mindset with a willingness to contribute hands-on as a player-coach
