Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategy and application ownership of tools and systems for contact center consultants
• Develop and deliver a strategic vision for consultant systems to enhance efficiency and satisfaction
• Identify, implement, and evaluate technologies and processes aligned with business goals for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of nine years of experience in back-end business systems and at least two years in a leadership role
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of six years of experience in back-end business systems and at least two years in a leadership role
• Experience in researching and implementing emerging technologies
• Proven ability to ensure systems are effective and aligned with business goals
• Strong leadership experience in building and managing teams
