Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team leadership, planning efforts, and performance evaluations while developing team members
• Oversee the completion of day-to-day changes, corporate initiatives, and ensure effective Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities
• Direct planning sessions and develop project management plans for changes and initiatives, including resource estimates and budget development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of Business Analysis experience
• 1 year of supervisory or progressive leadership experience
• Certification in applicable domain area is preferred
• In-depth experience with technologies, systems, and business processes related to the department
