Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Manager, Revenue Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate revenue and business systems to ensure seamless marketing, commerce, fulfillment, and customer experience
• Identify and resolve system issues quickly to maintain operational efficiency
• Serve as the primary business representative to system vendors and maintain system performance and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems, technical operations, or revenue systems roles
• Experience with end-to-end commerce systems, including payment gateways and subscriptions
• Proven ability to configure and execute directly inside systems
• Experience with vendor-managed systems and integrations
• Ability to document workflows, dependencies, and system architecture
