Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Manager (Salesforce & Manufacturing ERP).

Key Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce administration and ongoing development, including building Flows, validations, and managing security
• Support and enhance the company's ERP platform, managing integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems
• Act as the business-facing owner of enterprise applications, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems, applications, or Salesforce-focused roles
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flows, security model, reports, and dashboards
• Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning (LWC or Aura)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems
