Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and optimization of critical enterprise and manufacturing systems, the full-time remote Business Systems Manager will serve as the Product Owner, driving initiatives focused on ERP platforms, operational workflows, and systems modernization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner and systems owner for critical enterprise and manufacturing platforms
• Lead business requirements gathering for new systems implementations and workflow redesign initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with various departments to align systems strategy with business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, ERP systems, or Business Analysis roles
• Experience operating as a Product Owner or in a similar managerial role
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across finance and manufacturing
• Experience gathering business and technical requirements to create scalable systems solutions
