Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise platform integration, the full-time remote Business Systems & Integrations Manager will oversee the health and evolution of the application stack, ensuring seamless interoperability among systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Jira/Tempo.

Key responsibilities:

• Document and maintain knowledge of core enterprise system data flows and integration points
• Establish governance and change-control practices for system and integration changes
• Lead projects for new integrations and manage prioritization, scoping, and delivery against business commitments

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise business systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Deep hands-on knowledge of NetSuite and strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo
• Experience designing and managing integrations across CRM, ERP, and marketing automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business, or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with AI applications in enterprise SaaS environments
