Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

Owning the governance and integration of HubSpot and other core business systems, the full-time remote Business Systems Manager will manage data integrity, oversee automation processes, and support system implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a formal request and change-management process for HubSpot governance
• Audit and rationalize automation workflows, ensuring they align with system integration standards
• Coordinate the implementation and operational ownership of LoanPro, managing vendor relationships and data flow

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, RevOps, or systems administration in a high-growth fintech or SaaS environment
• 2+ years of hands-on CRM administration experience, particularly with HubSpot or Salesforce
• Proven experience in auditing automation layers and designing clean data flows between systems
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic SQL
• Experience in lending or financial services is a strong plus
