Job Summary
Collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams, the full-time remote Business Systems Manager will focus on improving systems and workflows in Customer Support Management, gathering requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders and Product Managers to analyze, document, and manage requirements and expectations
- Collect and document functional and technical requirements while assessing current business processes for gaps and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement system enhancements, conducting application configuration and managing testing processes
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role
- Salesforce domain knowledge with practical experience in Salesforce platforms and applications
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Git
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Proven experience managing technology in a SOX and SOC1 environment
