Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Salesforce professionals, the full-time Business Systems Manager will oversee the optimization and management of the Salesforce ecosystem and related technologies, ensuring alignment with business strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Salesforce Admins and Developers to support the GTM and post-sales tech stack
• Oversee the design and development of Salesforce capabilities, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
• Establish standards for Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data governance across systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or business systems roles within SaaS environments
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
• Strong knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, including Flows, Apex, and data modeling
• Understanding of integration patterns and tools, with the ability to guide solution design
• Experience using AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency
