Job Summary
Coordinating the corporate software suite, the full-time Business Systems Manager will manage software availability across departments, drive build vs. buy evaluations, and design system integration pathways while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Vet, onboard, and manage software availability for distributed teams, optimizing license allocation and vendor partnerships
- Apply a documented framework to internal tooling requests, ensuring engineering capacity is focused on high-value proprietary work
- Identify workflow friction points and deploy AI-powered tools and automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years managing business technology, IT operations, or business systems in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment
- Proven track record in creating evaluation frameworks for internal tools and build-vs-buy decisions
- Hands-on experience with business applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and contract management tools
- Demonstrated experience designing automated workflows using APIs and AI process automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience
