Job Summary
Leading business-critical systems and technology solutions, the full-time remote Business Systems Manager will evaluate business needs, recommend technology solutions, and oversee system delivery while managing a team to ensure operational efficiency and client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key business systems, including enhancements and production support
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to prevent recurring issues
- Partner with business leaders to plan implementation, training, and ongoing support for enterprise systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience managing technology teams and senior technology operations
- Experience with core banking solutions such as Jack Henry or FIS
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Demonstrated experience in the strategic use of technology to innovate business delivery
