Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

Owning the business systems stack, the full-time Business Systems Manager will manage Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, improve system integrations, and lead project enhancements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, including user access and automation
• Refactor legacy automation and maintain the overall business systems stack, ensuring data integrity and quality
• Run system enhancement projects end-to-end, collaborating with various departments to design effective solutions

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration, including Flow automation
• Experience supporting a broader business systems stack, such as reporting tools and sales engagement platforms
• Proven ability to independently manage a business systems function and make sound judgment calls
• Strong project management skills, capable of delivering multi-step initiatives without a dedicated PM
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
