Business Systems Manager - Onboarding
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Systems Manager for Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with various teams to analyze and improve employee productivity and end-user effectiveness
- Gather and document requirements for new projects, enhancements, and production issues
- Define and implement system enhancements, create test plans, and deliver end-user training materials
Required Qualifications:
- 6-10 years' experience in business analysis supporting post-sale organizations
- Hands-on experience with Professional Services Applications like Salesforce Service Cloud
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SalesforceDX
- Experience in agile/iterative delivery environment preferred
