Business Systems Operations Leader

Job Summary

Driving the evolution of business systems, the remote Head of Business Systems & Operations will own and shape the systems and data architecture, ensuring seamless integration across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and the BI layer while leading a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting core platforms and ensure trusted data flows across Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams
• Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations, establishing a governance framework and roadmap that evolves with business needs
• Define and enforce master data management and integration standards while embedding AI into core workflows for improved operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, with a proven track record of designing and evolving their integration
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms, particularly Workato, and modern BI tooling
• Demonstrated ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Robust data governance and master data management discipline, with a clear perspective on ownership, lineage, and quality
