Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CRM/OMS roadmap aligned with business strategy and operational needs
• Serve as the business and systems lead for revenue operations, translating objectives into technology solutions
• Manage the technical health and performance of the CRM/OMS technology stack, ensuring effective operation and optimization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or related field is a plus
• 6+ years of experience with CRM, OMS, or revenue technology platforms
• Experience in a Retail Media Network, digital media organization, or revenue operations preferred
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial workflows
• Hands-on experience with system evolution, optimization, or platform transitions
