Business Systems Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Systems Solutions Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the integration of corporate technology, advocate for master data management, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the firm's operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for and design the solution architecture for corporate technology, ensuring seamless interaction between systems like Salesforce and Sage Intacct
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and technical teams to execute the technical vision and maintain the data ecosystem
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and integration workflows while establishing firm-wide standards for user enablement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Systems, Solutions Architecture, or a similar role, preferably in a global Professional Services or B2B environment
• Deep hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a required Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Strong understanding of professional services operations and accounting principles, including Bookings vs. Billings vs. Revenue Recognition
• Experience with Sage Intacct or equivalent financial systems is highly favorable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a degree in IT or Technology is also welcomed
