Business Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Leading complex business systems initiatives, the full-time Business Systems Specialist will analyze and define requirements for Premium Accounting operations, leveraging advanced analytical tools and collaborating with business and technology leaders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and definition of complex business and system requirements for cross-functional initiatives impacting Premium Accounting
• Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, and data requirements to support scalable solutions
• Own requirements and functional design artifacts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring clarity and alignment from discovery to implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business, Information Systems, or Information Technology
• 7-9 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-system initiatives
• Strong exposure to financial, accounting, insurance, or transaction-based operational systems preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMP strongly preferred
