Business Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Staff Business Systems Specialist will architect scalable business processes across Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Zendesk, drive complex initiative implementations, and serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Architect scalable, cross-system business processes to enhance automation and operational efficiency
• Drive end-to-end implementation of large initiatives, including requirements gathering and change management
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence decision-making and system strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 4 years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles, or a Master's degree plus 2 years of experience
• 2 years of experience translating Sales user needs into system enhancements within Salesforce and integrated applications
• 1 year of experience architecting high-performance system integrations between Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Zendesk
• 1 year of experience utilizing a modern application stack for designing scalable business systems
• 1 year of experience applying agile methodologies, including conducting unit testing and user acceptance testing
