Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Systems Support Analyst, this role will manage incoming Salesforce and GTM system requests, perform light user management and configuration tasks, and troubleshoot minor issues while coordinating escalations to the Business Systems team.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming requests, prioritizing based on urgency and impact
- Perform user management tasks and execute lightweight configuration changes in Salesforce
- Troubleshoot minor automation issues and coordinate escalations for complex problems
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or systems-oriented role
- Familiarity with Salesforce basics, including objects, fields, and permissions
- Proven ability to leverage AI technologies for operational improvements
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple incoming requests
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (or in progress) is preferred
