Business Systems Team Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader, Business Systems (Fulfillment).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises a team responsible for business systems analysis and support of business initiatives
• Acts as a liaison between business areas and IT to address business problems and technical solutions
• Develops tools and techniques to optimize performance and ensures best practices are followed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
• Experience with Jira and project management is a plus
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Subject matter expertise in business process knowledge
