Business Tax Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Business Tax Associate will manage client relationships, prepare tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, and ensure compliance with tax regulations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client calls and present tax returns and strategies
• Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance
• Collect and organize financial data for tax software input

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of tax preparation experience, particularly with LLCs and S Corporations
• Client-facing experience is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Suite
