Key Responsibilities:

Provide live support for Business Tax experts
Guide and assist experts in navigating through the TurboTax experience
Create Turbo Tax net promoters by delivering exceptional product guidance and support

Required Qualifications:

Active credentials such as CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney
3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns
Minimum of 3 seasons of paid personal Tax Preparation experience
2+ years of management experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws and concepts
