Develops ad-hoc reports for data analysis and validation
Conducts business analysis and recommends technical solutions to management
Supports and maintains systems and applications, optimizing performance and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in relevant programming (SAS, SQL, VB.NET, Oracle)
3+ years of experience in related business analysis
1+ year of experience in Healthcare preferred
Master's degree in a related field may substitute for some experience
