Business Technical Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Business Technical Analyst will manage complex production incidents, analyze business processes, and collaborate with technology teams to improve system performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions
• Analyze business processes, system behavior, and operational data to assess impacts and recommend improvements
• Develop and execute testing strategies and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive collaboration and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, production support, or systems analysis
• Experience investigating complex business or technical issues
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL
• Strong analytical skills with a customer-first approach
