Business Technical Analyst
Job Summary
Providing functional business knowledge and technical support, the full-time Business Technical Analyst will design and program new processes and reports, conduct data analysis, and improve operational efficiency while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develops ad-hoc reports for data analysis and validation
- Analyzes claims processes to identify problems and recommend technical solutions
- Supports and maintains systems and applications, optimizing performance and resolving issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in relevant programming, including SAS, SQL, VB.NET, or Oracle
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Equivalent work experience in technical data analysis and system design
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in healthcare
