Key Responsibilities

Define Plan business requirements and translate them into NASCO system requirements
Create quality artifacts and documentation following project management methodologies
Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to resolve system performance issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

7 years of experience related to software development lifecycle methodology
3 years of experience in the Healthcare Insurance Industry
8 years of combined experience in software development and implementations
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business technology, or related fields
Knowledge of TSO, file transfer, and other Mainframe and Mid-Tier server technologies
