Job Summary
Driving the development of OneReach AI Platform solutions, the full-time remote Business Technology Owner - AI will collaborate with stakeholders to manage product vision, execute project strategies, and enhance customer experiences while overseeing project execution and performance measurement.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product vision and strategy for customer support
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and prioritizing use cases to meet user needs
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including backlog creation and defining project charters and user stories
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred or equivalent qualifications considered
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering customer support solutions
- Strong understanding of software development processes and conversational AI concepts
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
