Job Summary

Driving the development of OneReach AI Platform solutions, the full-time remote Business Technology Owner - AI will collaborate with stakeholders to manage product vision, execute project strategies, and enhance customer experiences while overseeing project execution and performance measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product vision and strategy for customer support
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and prioritizing use cases to meet user needs
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including backlog creation and defining project charters and user stories

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred or equivalent qualifications considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering customer support solutions
• Strong understanding of software development processes and conversational AI concepts
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
