Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Technology Program Manager for Digital & Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to prioritizing opportunities for improving business processes using metrics like ROI and customer retention
• Support the definition of business processes and requirements for technology-driven solutions
• Coordinate program planning activities across multiple teams and manage user onboarding to technology programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing software solutions and program management
• Minimum of five years of experience with digital systems and customer experience technology stacks in retail
• Experience in web content management software, such as WordPress
• Familiarity with digital and customer engagement technologies like Mercatus, ECRS, or Shopify
• Ability to advocate for retail technology programs and promote their benefits to stakeholders
