Business Test Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Test Analyst to coordinate and perform testing for major system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews test data and matrices for system changes
• Executes test cases and evaluates test results for errors
• Functions as a liaison between operations areas and Information Systems to facilitate communication

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in related processing support systems
• Familiarity with Blue Choice and/or Healthy Blue Medicaid products and benefits is preferred
• Experience with CSR Desktop and MHTK
• Knowledge of 1st pass and 2nd pass claims processing is preferred
