Business Test Analyst

Job Summary

Coordinating and performing testing for major system enhancements, the full-time remote Business Test Analyst will review documents, create test matrices, execute test cases, and act as a liaison between operations and Information Systems to resolve technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review test data and matrices, execute test cases, and report issues for successful implementation
• Research and document system problems, assist in their resolution, and prepare reports with recommendations on system functionality
• Facilitate communication between production operations, testers, and Information Systems, assisting customers with testing and production issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in related processing support systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic business math skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
