Business Transformation AI Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Transformation & AI Lead to support the development and implementation of AI solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate AI solutions into existing business processes and workflows
• Identify high impact AI opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline operational delivery
• Lead business use case design for AI products and drive adoption of AI technologies across the business unit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years of experience in clinical trials and/or a global clinical imaging environment
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI orchestration frameworks preferred
• Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
• Experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical/device industry preferred
