Business Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Business Transformation Analyst will conduct data analysis, develop business cases, and craft executive messaging for senior leadership, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supports project delivery across all phases of the solution development lifecycle
• Performs complex research and analysis to gather and interpret data for transformation projects
• Develops business cases, defining problem statements and benefits of proposed solutions

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration with one year of experience in Business/Systems analysis, or
• Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Systems, or related field with three years of experience in Business/Systems analysis
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
